Request services
How the request service works
All you have to do is to book by phone, before 6pm with the operator concerned (this is given on the timetable leaflet), at the latest the day before you want to travel, or the previous Friday if you want to travel on Monday.
When you make the phone call, you will give the time you have chosen from the timetable, and the bus stop where the driver will pick you up. You can book several journeys at the same time.
The service becomes operational as soon as the first booking is made and the fare is the same as the usual bus fare.
Connections with the City Tram and Bus network (TBC)
